The AARP Health Innovation@50+ LivePitch is the premier showcase featuring the most exciting companies in the “50 and over” health technology and innovation sector. The startup day event occurs on Friday, September 21 at the New Orleans Convention Center during the AARP 2012 Life@50+ National Event & Expo. Qualified companies are invited to be considered to pitch their products and/or services to a live audience of venture capitalist and angel investors, industry experts, panel of expert judges. Additionally companies will have the opportunity to receive instant valuable consumer feedback from AARP Life@50+ attendees. A grand prize winner will be selected at the end of the day.
Application Deadline: Friday, August 17, 2012
- Companies will be focused on consumer-oriented health technologies for the “50 and over” market.
- Companies will have launched their product/service within one year of the September 21, 2012 event date.
- Companies will not have raised more than $5 million in funding.
