I enjoyed this new commercial for the Doro 'Experience' - it does a good job of highlighting how the industry has progressively moved away from this segment. Reminds me of the saying, 'I used to wish that my computer was as easy to use as my phone, but now I've got a phone that's as hard to use as my computer'.
Doro is a Swedish company which is introducing a new line of simple to use smart phones based on a modified Android platform. I'm keen to get my hands on one to review (hint...), and will be interested to see how it compares to the current well-known offering in the market - the Jitterbug. Is it possible to make a simpler Internet enabled experience on Android platforms? And if so, why isn't Android doing it today already?
