The Aging2.0 Brain Health Forum is being hosted by our Leader's Circle Partner Centre for Aging and Brain Health Innovation (CABHI) in Toronto on August 7th! This forum will focus on the "Brain Health" Grand Challenge and will bring together ~200 of 'the best of the best' thought leaders and innovators in Brain Health. The action-oriented day will be full of rich discussion and very targeted networking opportunities with and among like-minded experts and change agents. This one-day event is exclusive to Aging2.0 Alliance members and invited guests that are considered the leading thought leaders and experts.
9:10am Brain Health: Challenges and Opportunities from a Global Perspective Dr. Alexandre Kalache will kick off the Brain Health Forum with an energizing and inspiring keynote session, where he’ll provide an overview of the global perspective on brain health. Dr. Kalache is a world renowned expert and speaker on the topic of aging. He is responsible for launching the WHO’s Active Ageing Policy Framework and the global movement on Age-Friendly Cities, among many other initiatives. 9:30am Needs: Families and Caregivers on the Front Lines Hear from a panel of individuals and caregivers whose lives, families and work environments are impacted by cognitive decline. The panel will help the audience understand the realities of everyday life exploring unmet needs, needed resources and opportunity areas for innovators.
10:00am Scaling Up: Keys to Going From Ideas to Impact There are an increasing number of products and services for dementia but what does it take for them to scale? This panel will convene practitioners working in dementia-friendly communities and within long-term care environments to identify case studies and principles of successful scaling.

11:00am Pitch for Partners: Innovator Spotlights Hear about some of the latest, cutting-edge solutions from the leading companies in brain health.
12:15pm Future Frontiers: What's Next for Research, Policy and Innovation? This panel of world-class experts will wrap up the morning with a considered look into the future. What will be the breakthroughs in research and innovation in the next 5-10 years and where are we still challenged? Which governments are moving the needle and where will the private sector have most impact?

Immediately following the Brain Health Forum, Alliance members will be invited to stay at the venue for our Roundtable event (from 2:00-5:00pm). The Alliance Roundtable is exclusively for Aging2.0 Alliance members, plus select Brain Health thought leaders and startups.
