Join us for a weekend-long Aging2.0 / Google Intergenerational Hackathon that brings together older innovators with young developers and designers to identify problem areas around travel and mobility & develop innovative new solutions that have the potential to improve the quality of life for older adults around the world.
August 22, 2015 at 10:00AM - August 23, 2015 at 10:00PM
This intergenerational hackathon will be focused on travel. Hackers will be encouraged to create and design ideas that make travel universally efficient for all ages.
• Are there aspects of travel that older adults find particularly challenging? If so, what are they?
• How can older adults travel in style and class?
• How can we make traveling more efficient, less expensive and more accessible?
• How can we encourage older adults to continue exploring the world and decrease isolation?
