AGING2.0 London in partnership with TechHub London are proud to be hosting this one-off event at Google for Startups London Campus featuring Ashton Applewhite, acclaimed activist and journalist, and an expert on ageing and ageism. She has spoken publicly on the subject worldwide; her TED Talk has been viewed 1.4m times, and she spoke at the UN in New York in 2016. She also writes the blog Yo, Is This Ageist? and has written for, amongst others, Harper’s, The Guardian, and the New York Times.
Following the keynote talk from Ashton, we will deep dive in the world of age-tech and hear from a selected panel of start ups, investors and government specialists on the opportunities, challenges and realities of tech scene in the UK.
