Join us for artisan pizza and craft beers at the official launch of Aging2.0 New Haven! This event kicks off the creation of a new interdisciplinary and inter-generational aging innovation community in Connecticut that will be focused on tackling the biggest challenges and opportunities of aging. This is your opportunity to access a global innovation ecosystem and movement purely focused on driving innovation that enhances the lives of older adults.
Goals of this event include bringing together interested stakeholders, introducing the Aging2.0 platform, identifying potential members of the local chapter team, hosting a Speed Pitch to showcase aging innovators and their products, networking and building momentum for future events.
Aging2.0 Local New Haven is one of over 50 local chapters around the world and aims to enhance the city's reputation as an established innovation hub by cultivating a robust ecosystem of entrepreneurs, researchers, academics, technologists, designers, investors, senior care providers and older adults themselves who are interested in aging innovation, aging-related technology and senior care transformation and who share a passion for positive aging and the longevity economy.
Future chapter activities will include: intergenerational hackathons, pitch events, panel speaker events, start up workshops and incubators, faculty design competitions, networking, and more.
Attending also gives you access to industry thought leaders via Aging2.0's Alliance Network, Leaders Circle and Generator Ventures.
Don't miss out! Space is limited. Nearby parking garages are available on Crown Street and Temple Street.
