We have really missed the camaraderie of seeing some of the most amazing innovators in aging we know (aka YOU!) coming together to share, learn and help each other at Aging2.0 San Francisco Chapter meetings.
In adapting to our "new normal" we hope you will join us for the virtual edition of a 2-Pint-Oh informal social gathering on Zoom.
HOW WILL THIS WORK?
We'll use the breakout rooms feature so you can talk to people in small (4-6 person) rooms. Meet or catch up with some fellow innovators to learn what they are up to and share your latest challenges or successes.
Icebreaker questions will make it easier to quickly strike up conversations, however pose anything to the group you want to discuss. All we ask is that in each 10-15 minute breakout, the group gives everyone a chance to talk.
After each breakout, we'll return to the main Zoom room and then randomly assign you to a new breakout so you can connect with a new group of people.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
We recommend you polish up your 30 second elevator pitch to quickly summarize what you are up to or what you need so you can get maximum benefit from the brain trust of fellow innovators in aging during each Zoom breakout networking opportunity!
Registration in advance is required. Zoom link will be sent on the morning of the event (NOTE: make sure to check the correct email account for Zoom login email!)
HOPE TO SEE YOU ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16!
FYI - at our last A2SF Chapter in-person meeting on Feb 25, we had no idea how prescient that night's topic would be on "Innovations in Emergency and Disaster Preparedness in our Aging Communities."
We hope you and yours are safe and happy and we are so excited to catch up with you!
You can invite others interested in innovation for aging to register for this event. Each person must register themselves (sorry, no guest registrations) to receive a Zoom login.
