This event will mark the inauguration of a course targeted to discuss what is to become an entrepreneur, the tools to improve the chances of success when setting up a new venture, and also to alert to the traps that are many in the journey of whoever decides do start a business.The initiative was conceived by the Catholic University of Campinas' (state of São Paulo) Center for Aging and Longevity, and Sebrae (Sebrae is a non-profit private entity with the mission of promoting the sustainable and competitive development of small businesses in Brazil). The course consists of series of classes targeted to discuss what is to become an entrepreneur, the tools to improve the chances of success when setting up a new venture, and also to alert to traps that are many in the journey of whoever decides do start a business. Canvas; financing; business plan, marketing and legal aspects will be discussed. Aging2.0 São Paulo is helping both PUC Campinas and Sebrae in their efforts to promote more protagonism and financial resources to the 60+ population in Brazil.
