In this live Aging2.0 São Paulo brings 4 speakers whose ages span from 63 to 90, and who are all active, working hard daily in their individual projects. They will comment on what they mean to be an entrepreneur, their views on social and financial undertakings. They will also comment about the challenges posed by starting a new venture after becoming an older adult. How do investors feel about a startup controlled by 60+ founders? How to attract (and retain) younger talents? What about the entrepreneurs who actually are involved with social causes, who seek purpose over financial rewards? How does it feel to be 90 with brand new plans and ideas? Can you actually become an influencer at that age? In a country where the unemployment rate worsened and is now, with the pandemia, above 12%, the chances of a 60+ (or even a 50+) to find a job are very slim. So the best chances to find purpose (and income) are by undertaking a new activity, a new project. How to prepare for this scenario, and how to improve your chances to be successful and is actually the meaning of “success” for these generations.
