He is currently PhD Professor at the Course of Leisure and Tourism, School of Arts Sciences and Humanities, University of São Paulo (EACH-USP). Has professional experience in the area of Tourism Planning, having provided consultancy and specialized technical services to government entities and private companies. In 2012, he was Visiting Professor at the Timor Lorosa'e National University (East Timor), with the Department of Commerce and Tourism;

Professor of the Undergraduate Course in Leisure and Tourism and the Academic Master Program in Social Change and Political Participation (PROMUSPP) of the School of Arts, Sciences and Humanities (EACH) / USP. Experience as a tourism consultant and as a teacher in various tourism, hospitality and leisure courses at technical and higher level (undergraduate and postgraduate).
