In its 4th edition, the event is consolidated as the first and largest festival that promotes the protagonism of the elderly, with free experiences and activities, celebrating a socially more active life, with quality, independence, comfort and security. The main focus of the festival is the experience of maturity and reflection on longevity. The actions, which take place in different parts of the city, simultaneously, for 4 days, offer inspiring and transforming opportunities with the presence of mature people who expose their life experience. With experiences, information and reflections on good aging, the Turn of Maturity serves as a showcase for interesting initiatives and promotes diversified actions in several relevant themes revealing opportunities and alternatives for a long and happy life. Awarded by the "Municipal Seal of Human Rights and Diversity" 2018-2019 in the category "elder people" promoted by the Secretariat of Human Rights and Citizenship of the City of São Paulo, it received public recognition as an organization engaged in social inclusion and the valorization of diversity in the municipality of São Paulo.

Engineer, graduated from PUC - Rio de Janeiro with an MBA in Clock and Jewelery Management by the CFH Institute of Lausanne, Switzerland, and extension courses at FGV and Harvard Business School. With more than 30 years of experience in the retail market in the luxury market, he started his career at H. Stern in 1981 where he worked for more than 25 years as CEO, responsible for repositioning and international expansion of this important Brazilian jewelry. From 2008, she worked as a Consultant for JHSF at Shopping Cidade Jardim, being responsible for the negotiation and implementation of Hermès in Brazil. He was then invited to serve as General Manager of the newly created Retail Division within JHSF, bringing brands such as Emilio Pucci, Jimmy Choo and Valentino to Brazil. Drawing on this expertise, in 2014, he created RB Strategic Consulting, focusing on the luxury market, professional coaching, business skills development, training and lectures. He also serves as Board Member on advisory and administrative boards. He is a guest professor at FAAP, in the MBA course of Luxury Management, responsible for the module "Luxury Market in Brazil". He teaches as a guest teacher for the Luxury Management course. in IED (Istituto Europeo di Design).
