When will the Exhibit Hall be open?

Because our Exhibit Hall was so popular (and packed!) last year, in 2018 we are extending the hours and keeping the Exhibit Hall open throughout the conference, giving you more time to have conversations with our fantastic exhibitors.

Will a list of registered attendees be available?

Exhibitor table packages and select sponsorship packages will be provided access to a list of registrants shortly before the event. This list will only include names, company affiliation and title.

Business casual. Since this is San Francisco, “business casual” covers a wide range of attire, from jeans to suits and ties. Come in whatever feels right for you.

What is the refund policy?

If you need to cancel your registration or transfer it to someone else, please email info@aging2.com and provide the registrant’s name, company, and contact info. Cancellations made during dates below will be provided a refund of fees paid, minus the fee shown. Sorry, no refund is available for cancellations made on or after October 15, but registration transfers can be made with no additional fee until October 31.
