About Me

A career development professional with a masters in Human Resource Management and organizational development, I bring in 15+ years’ experience in educational settings, especially in higher education, in key roles in career development, admissions, and student affairs. My current role in career development allows me to work in active dialog with students, alumni, employers, faculty and academics, and with colleagues in Argentina and abroad. Through those collaborations, I am able to design and implement innovative partnerships and programs. Helping people work with purpose is my driver. My areas of interest include college to career readiness, career transitions, global mobility and spouse life design, career trajectories for humanities and liberal arts majors, first-generation college experience, positive psychology, happenstance theory, encore careers and +50 life design. I favor environments that foster lifelong learning, open up to conversation, and challenge the status quo to turn new ideas into new oportunities and inspired lives.
