About Me

I currently work at the Centre on Aging, University of Manitoba. My interest in aging began in 1992 as an undergraduate student at the University of Manitoba while studying therapeutic recreation. I continued my studies in aging into my Master's degree and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Georgia. I also love new technology. I distinctly remember watching a video of Steve Jobs introducing the iPhone and feeling both amazed and excited about the possibilities! Aging2.0 is a perfect combination of technology and gerontology and I am thrilled to be involved.
